The flavour rotation is real, if you see something unusual on the board, don't wait for next time. The chocolate-olive oil-salt is a near-permanent fixture and the safest must-order, but regulars swear by whatever the experimental special is that week. Go late afternoon when the plaza catches the sun and the queue is shorter than peak lunchtime.
